We're looking for experienced behavioral health utilization review experts to help us build the system that gets more days of care approved.
Who we're looking for
- Deep behavioral health UR experience — you've lived inside the utilization review process and know what wins approvals.
- Recent experience at a major national payor — you know how the people on the other side of the phone actually make decisions.
- Expertise on medical necessity, level-of-care criteria, and what makes a denial stick or fall.
The role
- Hourly consulting to start, with the option to expand as we grow.
- Work directly with our team to sharpen how Perspectives builds and defends utilization reviews.
- Shape a product that protects clinic revenue and keeps patients in the care they need.
